On January 13-14, 2025, sports events dedicated to «Homeland Defenders’ Day» were held at Sirdaryo District Polytechnic College among first-year male students. Competitions were held in «Hand-to-Hand Combat,» «Tug of War,» and «Stone Lifting.» The groups that actively participated and emerged victorious in the competitions were awarded commemorative gifts.
